Help regarding php script to detect IP

Dear Sir/Madam,

I face problem regarding php script to detect ip in the following case :

$_SERVER['HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR']=91.203.96.13

$_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR']=82.145.210.168

The above two IPs used by Opera. Then is there any way to find out the visitor's real IP ?

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any website trust seal providers that currently work with mobile websites? I am interested in there is a site similar to http://www.verasafe.com but for mobile sites.
